Pack Campout

Our Pack Campout turned out to be a great success, thanks to the parents that volunteered to run a couple of committees. Ian Staves' parents, Mark and Sheila, did a great job with boys identifying trees and other plantlife on the nature trail. Thanks to Julie Taylor for coordinating the food and Dennis VanderWal for donating hotdogs and sausages (enough for a small army!). Our special guest, Chris Sorenson, fascinated the boys with knot-tying. Also, a big hand goes out to Tom Taylor and George Ebeling for making the firebowl fun with their silly skits. Everybody pitched in and got the cooking done and there was plenty to eat! Our former Cubmaster, Tod Landis, came out Saturday night, too He presented our Pack with a check for $450 from his employer, Consumers Energy, which is a gift for the amount of time he has donated doing volunteer work for the Pack.

Welcome to Pack 3039's Website

Welcome to the Pack 3039 Web Site for the Cub Scout Pack in Allendale, MI. The site was started on May 27, 2008 and is currently being created. We appologize for their not being much content yet, but it will appear shortly.
